TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Freebird Design Group is an online and in-person service. All recommendations are regarded as suggestions to improve the look of your space and not intended for construction purposes. Should you desire construction services, please ask for referrals. We have excellent construction resources.
2. Prior to starting each project, client agrees to provide full information regarding the client’s requirements and expectations for the project.
3. Freebird Design Group will perform services as expeditiously as is consistent with professional skill, care and the orderly progress of the project at hand.
4. Freebird Design Group client agrees to correspond through online communications, telephone, Facetime and/or in-person, depending on the project and expectations outlined in the initial consultation.
5. Freebird Design Group client agrees to all fees discussed in the initial phone consultation. Client agrees, also, to the down payment and or any initial payments needed to move forward with project.
6. Freebird Design Group will not be responsible for the means, methods or procedures of construction, fabrication, delivery & installation, or safety precautions with the project at hand for the acts or omissions of the contractor or any subcontractor, supplier or other person performing the work on the project. Or, for any failure of them to meet any schedule or completion dates.
7. Freebird Design Group cannot be held responsible for arranging repairs, replacements or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with recommendations for a Freebird Design Group project.
